Last day in Tokyo

On Saturday we went to the Tokyo Metro (subway) Museum. It was pretty cool and only cost ¥210 to get in ($2). They had a couple of old carriages and showed how the tunnels are drilled and also had simulators that you could drive for a wee bit. We also collected a bunch of stamps there.
In the evening we headed to Tokyo Dome for a baseball game! Yomiuri Giants (Tokyo) vs Hiroshima Carps. It was awesome! It’s the Yomiuri Giants’s 80th birthday so they gave out free tee shirts in black and orange so that when everyone had them on it spelt out Giants Pride, 80 and a few other things, very cool. The atmosphere was amazing, the fans really get into it. There were 2 cheering sections where there were brass bands and cheering squads. And when the Giants got a good hit everyone swung their orange towels in the air. Had fun joining in on the chants that we could understand. An awesome way to spend our last night in Tokyo!!!
