So we’re back home now – no, not Melbourne, but actual home – NEW ZEALAND! And yes, I skipped out ALL of Japan on the blog, but don’t worry, it is still coming. I honestly don’t know how travel bloggers do it. Though, I suppose that technically, that is their job and potentially earning money for it would be a big motivation. I found that it was just too annoying to get my laptop out in our cramped hotel rooms, edit my my photos and actually write.

Speaking of earning money, we are on the job hunt now, so I will have a fair bit of time to catch up on the blog. Unfortunately library jobs are limited at the moment, so I have been focusing on retail and admin actually.

It’s been nice being back home, catching up with whānau and seeing what has changed in the city. I’m excited for 2019!
